2009 Sponsorship Opportunities
1. Exclusive Title Sponsor – $10,000
· Rights to the Louisville Cornhole Cup 2008 team registration database including addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.
· Exclusive event naming rights in all sponsored and paid promotions (i.e. The Louisville Cornhole Cup, sponsored by COMPANY and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kentuckiana).
· Four (4) cornhole sets showcasing company logo in “Sweet Sixteen Toss” playoff games.
· Five (5) team registrations for employee and promotional giveaways
· Prominent logo presence on all of the following:
o Promotional materials (2000+ event fliers, 200+ event posters, and pre-registration reminder postcards), jumbo tournament brackets, press releases and event signage
o 400+ event t-shirts, distributed to players and sold at event
· Verbal recognition as event sponsor and delivery of branding message at event kick-off, during breaks, and start of the “Sweet Sixteen Toss.”
· 8’ display table to conduct on-site giveaways or contests for contestants/crowd, recruit employees, etc.
· COMPANY promotional incentive or coupon distributed in every registration packet (COMPANY must provide necessary quantity of promotional item)
· ½ page advertisement in RMHCK Newsletter
2. Presenting Sponsor – $5000 (limit of two sponsorships)
· Rights to the Louisville Cornhole Cup 2008 team registration database – mailing addresses.
· Co-naming support rights to event (The Louisville Cornhole Cup, sponsored by <Title Sponsor> with support from COMPANY)
· One (1) set showcasing logo in “Sweet Sixteen Toss” playoff games.
· Prominent logo presence on:
o Promotional materials (2000+ event fliers, 200+ event posters, and pre-registration reminder postcards), jumbo tournament brackets, press releases and event signage
o 400+ event t-shirts, distributed to players and sold at event
o on-site promotions signage (3’ x 5’ banner or COMPANY provided)
· Three (3) free team event registrations for employee and/or promotional giveaways
· ½ page advertisement in RMHCK Newsletter
· 8’ display table to conduct on-site giveaways for contestants/crowd, recruit employees, etc.
3. Kid’s Area Sponsorship – $2,000
· Exclusive naming rights to the area, including a 3’ x 6’ banner
· Recognition signage at all entertainment attractions including face-painting booth and kids’ cornhole game area
· Naming rights to the 12 & Under Louisville Cornhole Cup Trophy
· Two (2) cornhole sets featuring COMPANY logo. Sets would be used in kids’ area during the event then returned to COMPANY for promotional giveaways or employee incentives at the conclusion of the event.
· Four (4) free team registrations for employee and/or promotional giveaways
· Logo on promotional materials (2000+ event fliers, 200+ event posters, and pre-registration reminder postcards), jumbo tournament brackets, press releases and event signage
· Logo on back of 400+ event t-shirts, distributed to players and sold at event
· 8’ display table to conduct on-site giveaways or contests for contestants/crowd, recruit employees, etc.

4. T-Shirt Sponsor – $1,500 (SOLD)
· Company logo on sleeve of 400+ event t-shirts
· Two (2) free team registrations for employee and/or promotional giveaway
· Ability to hang signage at event (location and size pre-approved by RMHCK) and distribute COMPANY promotional incentive, coupon and/or flier to contestants
5. Game Station Sponsor – $500
· One (1) cornhole set showcasing logo in tournament play
· Two (2) free team registrations for employee and/or promotional giveaway
· Logo on registration signage and on back of 400+ event t-shirts, distributed to players and sold at the event.
6. Team Sponsor – $200
· One (1) free team registration
· Recognition on on-site event sponsor signage
· Name 400+ event t-shirts, distributed to players and sold at the event.
